One scoop or two? Vanilla bonds - easier corporate debt raising for listed entities

ASIC is making it easier for listed companies to issue listed corporate bonds. ASIC's stated intention is to reduce the time and expense involved in making corporate bonds available to retail investors. ASIC Class Order 10/321 allows offers of "vanilla bonds" to be made under a simplified prospectus.
